The primary businesses to be transacted at the AGM include:
- Adoption of Financial Statements: Shareholders will consider and adopt the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
