By utilizing the secondary market, the company has successfully increased its ownership stake to 9.79%, up from its previous level of 6.82%. The total capital deployed for this latest acquisition phase is INR 62.25 crores.

The target entity has demonstrated consistent market presence, with reported turnover figures over the last three years showing resilience in the global market. Its annual turnover for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, stood at 504,134 USD (in thousands), following 538,782 USD (in thousands) in 2024 and 620,500 USD (in thousands) in 2023. Graphite India Limited’s cumulative investment of INR 230.38 crores reflects its confidence in the long-term potential of the graphite electrode industry.
