Granules India Limited has received the balance 75% subscription amount of ₹1,093 crores from its promoter group towards the preferential issue of convertible warrants. This infusion of capital fully pays for 2,49,14,530 warrants, making them eligible for conversion into equity shares. Granules India Receives Significant Warrant Subscription

Granules India Limited announced today, September 15, 2026, that it has received the balance 75% subscription amount of ₹1,093 crores from its promoter group. This payment is in relation to convertible warrants issued on a private placement basis. The funds received are towards the preferential issue and are in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Conversion Eligibility and Financial Impact

Following the receipt of these funds, a total of 2,49,14,530 warrants that were issued to the Promoter group investor category are now fully paid. These warrants are consequently eligible for conversion into equity shares, as per the terms of the issue and relevant regulations. Upon the consolidation of this subscription amount, Granules India Limited is set to achieve a strengthened net cash surplus position.
