G R Infraprojects Limited has announced the successful completion of the four-laning project for the 56.18 km stretch of NH-353B in Maharashtra. Developed by its wholly owned subsidiary, GR Govindpur Rajura Highway Private Limited, under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), the project reached commercial operation status on 25th March 2026. The total bid project cost for this infrastructure development is valued at INR 907 crore, excluding GST.

Project Completion and Operational Status

G R Infraprojects Limited has officially confirmed the completion of its major highway infrastructure project located in the state of Maharashtra. The project involves the four-laning of an existing 2-lane stretch from Govindpur (MH/TG Border) to Rajura. The Independent Engineer issued the completion certificate on 28th April 2026, confirming that the road is now fully operational for commercial traffic, effective from 25th March 2026.

Project Details and Financials

The project spans a design length of 56.18 kilometers and was executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), a framework designed to balance construction and operational risk. The total investment for this initiative is INR 907 crore, a figure that excludes GST. This milestone represents a significant contribution to the regional transport network, enhancing connectivity along the NH-353B corridor.
