Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced its successful bid for a prime 5-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, through an e-auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). The company emerged as the highest bidder according to the e-tendering portal of MSTC Limited. This acquisition reflects GPL’s strategic focus on expanding its presence in key high-growth markets.
Development Plans
The company plans to develop a premium residential project on the acquired land, with an expected saleable area of approximately 2.5 million sq. ft. The development is projected to have a revenue potential of around INR 4,150 crore. This new project will add significantly to the company’s portfolio in Hyderabad and cater to the increasing demand for quality housing in the region.

Hyderabad has become one of Godrej Properties’ fastest-growing markets. In calendar year 2025, sales in Hyderabad reached upwards of INR 2,600 crore, demonstrating the strong demand and the company’s success in the region.
