Special Window for Physical Shares

Godrej Industries Limited is informing its stakeholders about the re-opening of a special window for the re-lodgment of transfer requests and the dematerialization of physical shares. Facility Details and Period

The special window is open for a period of one year, commencing on February 5, 2026, and concluding on February 4, 2027.
