Godrej Agrovet Limited today informed the stock exchanges about key leadership transitions within its Crop Care Business. The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajavelu N.K. from his role as Chief Executive Officer – Crop Care Business. Mr. Rajavelu’s resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on November 24, 2026, as he is moving to pursue an external opportunity.
Interim Leadership for Crop Care
In response to Mr. Rajavelu’s departure, the Board has appointed Mr. Sivaram Yadavalli as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Crop Care Business. This appointment is effective from November 25, 2026. Mr. Yadavalli currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Business Development at Godrej Agrovet and will now also oversee the operations of the Crop Care division during this interim period. The terms of his appointment are in line with the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Policy.

Mr. Rajavelu N.K. cited accepting an external opportunity as the reason for his resignation. Mr. Sivaram Yadavalli brings extensive experience to his new interim role. He has been with Godrej Agrovet since 2021 as Head of Strategy & Business Development, leading initiatives in growth strategy, M&A, and business transformation. His prior experience includes roles at prominent consulting firms such as Accenture and PwC, and he holds advanced degrees in Business Management and Engineering.
