For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Godawari Power & Ispat Limited achieved a standalone total income of Rs. 4,905.45 crore, with a profit after tax reaching Rs. 919.43 crore. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a total income of Rs. 5,474.79 crore and a net profit attributable to the company of Rs. 800.75 crore. These figures reflect the company’s robust operational performance throughout the fiscal year.
Strategic Investments and Expansion
The company is aggressively pursuing growth in the green energy sector. A new investment of Rs. 200 crore has been proposed for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Godawari New Energy Private Limited (GNEPL), specifically to develop a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) plant. This brings the total authorized initial investment in GNEPL to Rs. 700 crore. Furthermore, the company plans to extend a loan of up to Rs. 150 crore to its subsidiary, Godawari Education and Research Foundation (GERF), to support its ongoing Residential School Project in Naya Raipur.

In addition to the financial and investment updates, the Board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per share (100% of face value) for the FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
