The financial results have undergone a limited review by the statutory auditors. The Independent Auditor’s Review Report confirms that based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the accompanying statements, prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and other generally accepted accounting principles, contain any material misstatement.
