The agreement designates Genpharmasec as a non-exclusive supper stockist for AHPL’s products within the Indian market. This collaboration aims to leverage Genpharmasec’s distribution network to further penetrate the wholesale and retail pharmacist channels.

A key highlight of the agreement is the minimum annual sales commitment stipulated by AHPL. Genpharmasec is expected to achieve a minimum annual sales target of approximately INR 75 Crores for each calendar year during the tenure of the agreement. This commitment provides a solid revenue floor and underscores AHPL’s confidence in Genpharmasec’s ability to drive sales and market share.
