- New ICD Development: Approximately 25 acres of land acquired near Pithampur, Indore, with a planned capacity of 120,000 TEUs per annum at a capex of Rs. 150 crore.
- Fleet Expansion: Orders placed to increase the fleet to 37 trains by the end of Q1 2026, including 9 higher-capacity, higher-speed trains and a pilot project for 40-feet EV trailers.

Gateway Distriparks maintains a robust infrastructure network, including 10 container terminals. Its asset base consists of 34 train sets (21 owned and 13 leased) and a fleet of over 560 tractor trailers. The company’s total annual capacity stands at 830,000 TEUs for ICDs and 525,000 TEUs for Container Freight Stations (CFS), supported by approximately 162,000 square meters of warehouse space.

During Q4 FY26, promoter shareholding increased to 33.92%. Additionally, Snowman Logistics Limited, where the company holds a 50.01% stake, continues to operate as a key subsidiary, providing integrated temperature-controlled logistics services across India.
