Key Resolutions Passed
Ordinary Business
Under ordinary business, the shareholders considered and adopted the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
Two ordinary resolutions related to dividends were approved:
- Confirmation of the payment of an Interim Dividend of ₹8.00/- (80%) per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
- Declaration of a Final Dividend of ₹1/- (10%) per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
