The company achieved a record annual revenue of ₹2,120 crore and a PAT of ₹338 crore. Building on this growth, the Board has approved a ₹191 crore investment to establish a state-of-the-art Sun Control Film production line, and recommended a dividend of ₹12 per share.
Record-Breaking Financial Growth
For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the company delivered a robust performance. Annual revenue reached a landmark ₹2,120 crore, while the net profit (PAT) stood at ₹338 crore. The fourth quarter alone showed strong momentum, with revenue at ₹597 crore, reflecting a 30.1% increase over the previous quarter and an 8.9% growth year-on-year.
Dividend Recommendation
In recognition of the strong financial results, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹12 per equity share (representing 120% of the face value of ₹10 each). This dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Strategic Capacity Expansion
To support its long-term growth trajectory, the company is adding a new Lamination Line (SCF) at its facility in Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. This project involves a capital expenditure of ₹191 crore plus applicable taxes. The new line will provide an additional capacity of 1,200 LSF per annum, further strengthening the company’s position as a global leader in specialty films.
Board and Leadership Updates
The company announced key leadership developments, including the appointment of Ms. Sonali Rajesh Mehta as an Independent Director effective June 25, 2026. Furthermore, the Board has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Monika Garware as Vice-Chairperson and Joint Managing Director for a five-year term, spanning from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2031.
