For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Ganesha Ecosphere Limited achieved a standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,014.10 crore, compared to ₹983.88 crore in the previous year. The standalone net profit for the year stood at ₹47.83 crore. On a consolidated basis, the company delivered a robust performance, reporting annual revenue of ₹1,481.66 crore and a consolidated net profit of ₹38.21 crore.

Strategic Investments

During the quarter, the company significantly expanded its footprint through strategic capital investments. This includes an investment of ₹320 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Ganesha Ecopet Private Limited, and ₹90 crore in Ganesha Ecotech Private Limited. Additionally, the company invested ₹49 lakh in Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited, strengthening its group operations.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting its commitment to delivering value to shareholders, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹3.50 per share (a 35% payout on the face value of ₹10 per share) for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to the necessary approvals from the members of the company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Operational Highlights

The company also noted the impact of recent legislative changes in India, specifically the Labour Codes, which resulted in the recognition of one-time past service costs. Despite these adjustments, the company continues to focus on its core manufacturing expertise and infrastructure growth, as evidenced by its consolidated capital work-in-progress of ₹192.58 crore as of March 31, 2026.
