The company reported a 26% YoY increase in revenue to Rs. 10,022 Cr, while EBITDA grew 59% and Net Profit rose 183%. With 55 million consumers and robust growth across beauty, fashion, and B2B segments, Nykaa continues to scale its platform through innovation and digital-first strategies.
Record Financial Performance
Nykaa has achieved significant growth in FY2026, highlighted by its consolidated revenue reaching Rs. 10,022 Cr, representing a 26% YoY increase. The company’s profitability also reached record levels, with EBITDA rising to Rs. 752 Cr (a 59% increase) and margins expanding to 7.5%. Net Profit (PAT) for the full year stood at Rs. 204 Cr, marking a remarkable 183% YoY jump.
For the fourth quarter (Jan-Mar 2026), the momentum continued with revenue growing 28% YoY to Rs. 2,648 Cr and Net Profit surging 313% YoY to Rs. 79 Cr.
Strategic Segment Growth
The company’s various verticals delivered strong outcomes throughout the year:
- Beauty Business: The core beauty vertical saw GMV grow 27% YoY to Rs. 14,954 Cr, supported by the launch of over 200 iconic brands and the addition of 76 new stores, bringing the total to 313 locations across 99 cities.
- House of Nykaa: The company’s owned brands achieved an annualized GMV run-rate of Rs. 3,176 Cr, up 49% YoY, with the beauty segment alone quadrupling over the past three years.
- Superstore by Nykaa (B2B): This segment solidified its market leadership, growing 4x over three years to reach Rs. 1,187 Cr in GMV, serving 493K registered retailers.
- Fashion Business: The fashion arm recorded a GMV of Rs. 4,954 Cr, a 30% YoY increase, driven by strong growth in men’s wear (60%), kids wear (50%), and home categories (40%).
Future Outlook and Expansion
Nykaa continues to leverage AI-driven personalization to enhance customer engagement, such as the Virtual Skin Analyzer and the Nykaa Muse virtual try-on closet. Furthermore, the company successfully completed the full acquisition of the clean beauty brand Earth Rhythm in FY2026, further strengthening its portfolio in the sustainable beauty segment. With over 55 million consumers, Nykaa remains focused on scaling its multi-engine growth platform while maintaining capital efficiency.
