Fortis Healthcare FY2026 Consolidated Revenue Hits ₹9,128 Crore, Final Dividend Declared

Fortis Healthcare reported strong performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with consolidated revenue from operations reaching ₹9,128 crore. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share, representing 10% of the face value. The company continues to show growth in both its core healthcare and diagnostics segments, with strong performance in the final quarter.

Annual Financial Performance Highlights

Fortis Healthcare achieved robust financial results for the full financial year 2025-26. The consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹9,128 crore, compared to ₹7,783 crore in the previous fiscal year. Net profit for the period reached ₹1,064 crore, reflecting significant growth from the ₹809 crore recorded in FY2025.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported revenue of ₹2,365 crore and a net profit of ₹271 crore, underscoring consistent operational momentum throughout the year.

Segment-Wise Operational Growth

The company maintains a focus on its two primary reportable segments: Healthcare and Diagnostics. For the fiscal year, the healthcare business segment delivered ₹7,773 crore in revenue, while the diagnostics segment contributed ₹1,527 crore. Overall, the total segment profit before interest and tax for the group rose to ₹1,636 crore for the year, demonstrating effective management of core operations.

Dividend and Corporate Developments

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (face value of ₹10) for FY2026. This proposal is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. If approved, the payout is expected to occur within 30 days of the meeting, resulting in an estimated cash outflow of approximately ₹75.50 crore.

Furthermore, the company has announced the appointment of M/s Jitender, Navneet & Co. as its Cost Auditor for the 2026-27 financial year and has adopted a renewed Corporate Social Responsibility policy to align with its long-term sustainable growth objectives.
