The company’s turnover saw a substantial increase of 12.21%, reaching ₹9,05,705 lakhs on a consolidated basis, compared to ₹8,07,173 lakhs in the previous fiscal year. This top-line growth was supported by an improved EBITDA, which stood at 17.74%.

Key Growth Drivers

The company’s performance was driven by a sustained focus on strengthening its capabilities and reinforcing its core businesses. The Traveller platform maintained its leadership in the van segment with over 70% market share. Urbania emerged as a significant growth driver, with volumes increasing by over 100%, further solidifying its position in the premium passenger mobility segment. The Trax platform also demonstrated strong growth, with traction in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets contributing to over 70% growth.

Product Portfolio and Future Outlook

Force Motors continues to invest in technology and product development. The introduction of the new-generation Traveller N range and Urbania DX reflects the company’s emphasis on evolving customer expectations. The company also sees opportunities in the specialized mobility and defense sectors. Furthermore, the company is preparing for changing mobility trends, including electrification, through an application-based approach to product and driveline development.

Component Business Performance

The component business demonstrated stability and steady growth, with manufacturing of engines and axles for Mercedes-Benz India and engines and CRFM modules for BMW India. The company achieved the significant milestone of manufacturing its 100,000th engine for BMW India, reflecting a decade of precision manufacturing and collaboration.
