The company reported a significant 22.9% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching ₹27,249 million (approximately US$288 million). This marks the ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit YoY revenue expansion for Firstsource.

Key Financial Highlights for Q1 FY27

  • EBIT increased by 34.8% YoY to ₹3,367 million, representing 12.4% of revenues.
  • Adjusted PAT* stood at ₹2,222 million (8.2% of revenue).

  • Firstsource also won a significant deal from an international public transport and shared mobility operator for customer service operations across Europe.
  • Across verticals, Banking and Financial Services added five new logos, Healthcare added four, and Communications, Media & Technology added two. Diversified Industries also saw steady demand and added one new logo.

The closing headcount at the end of Q1FY27 was 36,875. The voluntary attrition rate stood at 27.5%.
