Escorts Kubota Limited has significantly expanded its Digitrac tractor range, evolving it from two models into a comprehensive series of five. Designed for the 45–55 HP category, the new lineup includes a 4-Wheel Drive option and features performance enhancements like a 12+3 gearbox and a top speed of 39.9 km/h. This launch marks the company’s fourth major tractor introduction since February 2025, reinforcing its commitment to the Indian agricultural market.

Strengthening the Powertrac Portfolio

Escorts Kubota Limited has announced a strategic expansion of its Digitrac series, which operates under the Powertrac brand. By introducing three new models—the Digitrac PP 46i 4WD, Digitrac PP 43i Plus, and Digitrac PP 41i—the company has increased its offering to five models in total. This expansion is aimed at addressing the requirements of young and progressive farmers across the country.

Enhanced Performance and Technology

The updated series integrates advanced engineering features previously limited to higher-horsepower categories. Key technical specifications across all five models include:

  • Bigger CC engines for improved power delivery.
  • 12 forward and 3 reverse constant mesh gearbox.
  • Independent PTO (iPTO) and a heavy-duty hydraulic lift capacity of 2000 kg.
  • Industry-leading speed, with the Digitrac PP 43i Plus reaching 39.9 km/h.

These tractors are designed to support modern implements, including Super Seeders, Reapers, Reversible MB Ploughs, and Laser Levellers, facilitating efficiency in various farming stages.

Strategic Growth and Outlook

Nikhil Nanda, Chairman and Managing Director, highlighted that this release represents the company’s fourth major tractor introduction since February 2025. This pace of innovation underscores the organization’s focus on diversifying its portfolio across its three tractor brands: Kubota, Farmtrac, and Powertrac.
