The company reported a revenue growth of 25.3%, reaching a new high. This performance is attributed to broad-based growth across its product categories and geographies, with Beauty & Cosmetics and Oral Care segments both exceeding 20% growth.

Key Financial Highlights

EBITDA saw a healthy increase of 15.2%, reaching INR XXX crore. The company successfully managed cost inflation through judicious pricing strategies, maintaining an underlying EBITDA margin of 19.6%. This marks the fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth and the 15th consecutive quarter of double-digit EBITDA growth. Return on capital employed stood at a strong 18.5%.

Strategic Initiatives and Outlook

EPL highlighted its continued focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. The company is progressing with its proposed merger with Indovida, which is expected to provide a significant step into rigid plastic packaging and expand its reach into emerging markets. Looking ahead, EPL has raised its full-year revenue growth guidance to high teens while maintaining its underlying EBITDA margin guidance of 20%. The company expressed confidence in its ability to deliver sustainable, profitable growth and create enduring value.

Geographical and Segment Performance

Regionally, EAP led the growth with 34.3%, followed by the Americas at 29.4%, and Europe and AMESA at 20.2% and 17% respectively. The Beauty & Cosmetics segment grew by over 20%, and Oral Care also surpassed the 20% growth mark. Personal Care & Beyond now constitutes 54% of the portfolio.
