Engineers India Limited has officially announced the date for its upcoming 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, commencing at 11:00 a.m. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Record Date Set for Final Dividend
In a significant update for its shareholders, the company has also declared the record date for its final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The ‘Record Date’ has been fixed as Thursday, September 24, 2026. This date will be used to determine which members are entitled to receive the final dividend, provided it receives approval from the shareholders during the aforementioned AGM.
Annual Report Distribution
The Notice of the AGM, along with the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26, will be dispatched to the members via electronic mode. This distribution will be limited to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Depositories or R&TA, in compliance with recent circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
