Endurance Technologies Limited has disclosed its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2027, which concluded on June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results following a meeting held on August 13, 2026.
Standalone Financial Performance
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company’s standalone total income (Revenue from operations and Other income) was reported at ₹3,194.15 crore. Total expenses amounted to ₹2,933.80 crore, leading to a profit before tax of ₹260.35 crore. After accounting for a tax expense of ₹65.73 crore, the standalone profit for the period stood at ₹194.62 crore. Earnings per share (basic & diluted) were ₹13.84.
Consolidated Financial Performance
On a consolidated basis, which includes the results of its subsidiaries, Endurance Technologies reported total income of ₹4,348.28 crore for the same quarter. Total consolidated expenses were ₹4,018.20 crore, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹330.08 crore. The consolidated tax expense was ₹85.56 crore, leading to a consolidated profit for the period of ₹244.52 crore. The consolidated earnings per share (basic & diluted) were ₹17.38.
Other Income and Expenses
Standalone other income for the quarter was ₹11.44 crore, while consolidated other income was ₹33.39 crore. Key standalone expenses included cost of materials consumed at ₹2,214.43 crore and employee benefits expense at ₹146.29 crore. Consolidated expenses also saw significant outlays in cost of materials consumed (₹2,636.27 crore) and other expenses (₹825.58 crore).
Share Capital and Other Equity
The paid-up equity share capital remained steady at ₹140.66 crore both on a standalone and consolidated basis. Standalone other equity was reported as ₹4,800.09 crore, while consolidated other equity was ₹6,700.16 crore.
