Embassy Developments Limited (“EDL”) has announced a significant leadership change with the appointment of Neel Virwani as its new Chief Business Officer. This appointment is effective from October 1, 2026, following the approval from the Company’s Board of Directors and shareholders.

Virwani’s Background and Role

Neel Virwani is a promoter at Embassy Group and has been associated with the organization since April 2024. His experience spans strategic planning, business development, and brand transformation. In his new role as Chief Business Officer, Virwani will be responsible for leading EDL’s operations across North and West India, with a special emphasis on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the National Capital Region (NCR). His mandate includes driving portfolio expansion, spearheading new business initiatives, and overseeing project structuring and execution for the company’s owned and development management portfolio.

Strategic Growth Outlook

Aditya Virwani, Managing Director of Embassy Developments Limited, expressed optimism about the appointment, stating, “As we scale EDL across Mumbai and expand into new markets, Neel’s leadership will be important to our next phase of growth. Project Pipeline and Financial Targets

This strategic appointment comes as EDL progresses its growth plans. The company is targeting approximately ₹6,000 crore in pre-sales from owned developments and around ₹2,000 crore from development management projects in FY27. Additionally, EDL has an 11-project launch pipeline with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹19,800 crore across key markets.
