Promoter Reclassification Under SEBI Regulations

EMA India Limited has informed the stock exchange regarding the reclassification of certain entities from the ‘Promoter and Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category, as per Regulation 31A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This corporate action has been undertaken following the receipt of a formal No Objection Letter (NOC) from BSE Limited.

Key Entities Affected by Reclassification

The No Objection Letter was issued by BSE Limited on August 12, 2026, granting approval for the reclassification. The following promoters and promoter group entities are now moved to the ‘Public’ category:

  • Rakshita Bhargava
  • Ranjana Bhargava
  • Pradip Kumar Bhargava HUF
  • Diatech Tools India Pvt Ltd

The company stated that the intimation was filed with a slight delay due to unforeseen technical reasons and assured that measures have been implemented to prevent future occurrences.
