Eicher Motors Limited (EML) has reported a stellar fiscal year FY26, showcasing record-breaking growth across both its Royal Enfield and VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) business units. The company achieved significant market-share gains, a strengthened premium motorcycle portfolio, and continued excellence in corporate governance. Record Financial Performance for FY26

Eicher Motors concluded FY26 with robust financial results. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of INR 23,407.6 crores and a profit for the year reaching INR 5,515.2 crores. Market capitalization reached a significant milestone of INR 1,807 billion by March 2026. Reflecting this success, the Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 82 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Royal Enfield: Leading the Mid-Size Segment

Royal Enfield continues to dominate the Indian mid-size motorcycle segment with an 87% market share. The brand achieved total sales of 1.1 million units in FY26, supported by an expansive product portfolio that includes 650cc, 450cc, 440cc, and 350cc engine platforms. International business growth remains a core driver, with international revenues climbing to INR 3,288 crores in FY26. The brand’s digital engagement is equally impressive, boasting a social media community of 13.6 million with a total reach of 338 million.

VECV: Momentum in Commercial Vehicles

VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) marked a year of milestones, crossing the 100,000 unit sales mark in FY26, representing a growth of 14.7%, which outperformed the industry average. VECV’s consolidated revenue for the year stood at INR 27,076.6 crores with a profit of INR 1,466.6 crores. The division successfully introduced 106 new products and continues to leverage its ‘My Eicher’ fleet management system, which now serves 185,000 customers and 425,000 vehicles.

Strategic Vision and Sustainability

Eicher Motors’ long-term strategy, ‘REBALANCE’, focuses on balancing growth and profitability, while integrating EV capabilities alongside traditional ICE products. The company has made substantial ESG progress, achieving zero waste to landfill status in FY 23-24 and reaching a 84% renewable electricity mix in FY 2024-25. These efforts, alongside outstanding corporate governance, were recognized by the prestigious Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance in 2025.
