Operational Updates
The Board reviewed operational performance, noting challenges in the hotel industry including impacted banquet and F&B sales due to the Middle East war and gas crisis, which also affected occupancy levels in the April-June 2026 quarter. Despite these challenges, management is focused on achieving year-end targets. The company also provided updates on upcoming hotel openings in Shirdi, Chhatrapati Shambhajinagar, Ayodhya, and Mysuru.
