Dynamic Industries Limited has informed shareholders about the provision of e-voting facilities for its upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This initiative, in line with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013, enables members to cast their votes electronically on the business items to be discussed at the AGM. The facility is being provided through CDSL.
E-Voting Period Details
The e-voting window will be open from September 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and will conclude on September 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Shareholders who do not participate in e-voting can also cast their votes on the day of the AGM during the meeting proceedings via the CDSL portal.
Book Closure for AGM and Dividend
Furthermore, the company has announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Tuesday, September 15, 2026, to Monday, September 21, 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure is for the purpose of the 37th AGM and the finalization of dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
