Dynamatic Technologies has reported strong fiscal year 2026 results, with annual revenue reaching Rs. 16,213.4 million, a 15.5% increase over FY2025. The growth was primarily driven by the Aerospace segment, which saw a robust 27.6% rise in revenue. The company maintains an EBITDA of Rs. 1,826.8 million and continues to expand its global footprint through strategic collaborations and advanced manufacturing capabilities in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Strong Annual Financial Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Dynamatic Technologies recorded a solid performance across its core segments. Total revenue grew to Rs. 16,213.4 million, up from Rs. 14,038.0 million in the previous fiscal year. The company’s EBITDA also demonstrated healthy growth, rising 15.4% to reach Rs. 1,826.8 million, reflecting disciplined operations despite a challenging global economic environment.

Segment-Wise Highlights

The Aerospace segment remains the company’s primary growth engine, contributing 48% of total revenue. Its full-year revenue of Rs. 7,756.1 million represents a significant 27.6% year-on-year growth. A key milestone during the year included the successful delivery of the first complete ship-set of Airbus A220 doors ahead of schedule. The Hydraulics segment grew by 6.4% to Rs. 4,873.8 million, benefiting from strong domestic demand, while the Metallurgy segment recorded revenue of Rs. 3,581.0 million, marking a 6.9% increase despite persistent market headwinds in the German automotive sector.

Q4 Performance and Future Outlook

In the final quarter (January-March 2026), the company reported revenue of Rs. 4,331.6 million, a 13.8% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. Quarterly EBITDA rose 28.1% to Rs. 486.1 million with a margin of 11.2%. Looking forward, management remains focused on leveraging long-term strategic partnerships and increasing the localization of advanced manufacturing to support continued growth in the high-precision aerostructure and specialized engineering markets.
