Background and Experience
Mr. Ravi brings nearly 19 years of experience in strategy, commercial leadership, business transformation, and general management. Since joining Dr. Reddy’s in 2018, he has served as CEO of Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Ltd. (APSL), driving its evolution into a rapidly scaling CRDMO. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening operating foundations, accelerating growth, and enhancing customer service within APSL. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s, he held roles at McKinsey & Company and ITC, and also pursued entrepreneurial ventures.
Educational Qualifications
Mr. Ravi holds a Post-Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.
