The Board also approved the granting of 119,300 stock options under the Dr. Lal PathLabs Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2025 to eligible employees. These options are exercisable at the face value of the share as on the grant date and will vest between one and four years from the grant date.
Acquisition Details
The acquisition of Sunshine Healthcare Limited in Ghana involves acquiring an 80% stake in the first tranche, with further tranches planned. SHL’s turnover for FY 2026 is projected at INR 244 million. The acquisition aims to strengthen the company’s presence in Ghana’s healthcare diagnostics sector.
The investment in Neuome Technologies Private Limited entails subscribing to a 30% stake for up to INR 35 million. Neuome is involved in developing innovative solutions for sample preservation, pre-analytical technologies, and bio-banking. The acquisition is expected to be completed by August 31, 2026.
