DOMS Industries Presents Q2 and H1 FY27 Financial Highlights

DOMS Industries Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. The investor presentation details the company’s performance, showcasing sustained revenue growth and operational updates.

Q2 FY27 Performance

For the second quarter of FY27, DOMS Industries reported Revenues of ₹667.8 Cr, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 17.6%. EBIDTA stood at ₹82.8 Cr with a margin of 12.4%. Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹38.3 Cr, a year-on-year decrease of 37.0%, attributed partly to a one-time exceptional expense of ₹10.4 Cr towards damages caused by heavy rainfall and flooding.

H1 FY27 Performance

In the first half of FY27, total Revenues reached ₹1,338.3 Cr, an increase of 18.4% year-on-year. The EBIDTA was reported at ₹165.3 Cr with a margin of 12.4%. PAT for H1 FY27 was ₹83.6 Cr, down 30.3% year-on-year. The company highlighted that the exceptional expense also impacted the H1 figures.

Key Operational and Financial Drivers

Sustained revenue growth was attributed to higher sales volumes, capacity additions, and successful new product launches. The company experienced inventory damage due to heavy rainfall and flooding, which led to an estimated sales growth loss of 300-350 basis points in Q2 FY27. EBITDA margins were sequentially maintained amidst raw material volatility, with improvements supported by easing raw material prices in the early part of the quarter. Higher manpower costs also impacted the results.

Product Portfolio and Market Presence

DOMS Industries maintains a diversified product portfolio across 9 product categories and 4,900+ SKUs, with a strong presence in 28 States and 8 UTs across India and over 55 export countries. The company also emphasized its robust manufacturing infrastructure with 18 facilities across 5 locations and a workforce of over 14,900 employees.

Growth and Strategy

The company’s consistent growth trajectory includes a projected revenue growth of approximately 20% CAGR from FY 2016-2026 and sustained profitability with an EBITDA margin of 17%+. Strategic growth levers include expanding manufacturing capacity, capitalising on inorganic growth opportunities, continuing product line expansion, strengthening distribution networks, and leveraging technology and data capabilities.
