Dividend and Shareholder Payout

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share (50% of the face value of ₹10) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The payment is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company has designated July 7, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend payout.

Strategic Acquisition Update

During the fiscal year, the company completed the strategic acquisition of 100% of the share capital of HR Food Processing Private Limited (Osam Dairy) for a cash consideration of ₹2,710.00 million. This acquisition was effective from August 1, 2025, and has been integrated into the consolidated financial results, contributing to the expansion of the company’s market presence.

Annual General Meeting

The company will conduct its 31st Annual General Meeting on July 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (IST). Due to current technological practices, the meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), allowing for remote shareholder participation in compliance with corporate governance standards.
