DLF Limited Robust Growth Reported for FY 2025-26 with 400% Dividend Recommended

DLF Limited has reported strong financial performance for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026. The company achieved a standalone net profit of ₹3,747.91 crore for the full year, marking a significant increase over the previous year. Reflecting this growth and positive outlook, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹8 per equity share, representing a 400% payout, subject to shareholder approval.

Financial Highlights

DLF Limited demonstrated substantial growth in its standalone financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026. The company posted a total income of ₹6,739.74 crore, compared to ₹6,007.13 crore in the previous fiscal year. Net profit for the period rose significantly to ₹3,747.91 crore, up from ₹1,577.43 crore reported for the year ended 31 March 2025. On a consolidated basis, the group performance was even more robust, with total income reaching ₹9,816.04 crore and net profit attributable to the company owners hitting ₹4,414.68 crore.

Dividend Announcement

Following the strong performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹8 per equity share for the FY 2025-26. This dividend payout of 400% (on a face value of ₹2 per share) underscores the company’s commitment to delivering value to its shareholders. The dividend remains subject to final approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Strategic Developments

During the quarter, DLF successfully executed a significant restructuring program. The company received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for a scheme of amalgamation involving the merger of 16 transferor entities into DLF Limited.
