Divi’s Laboratories Limited Strong Financial Growth for Fiscal Year 2026

Divi’s Laboratories Limited has announced robust financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated total income of ₹11,067 crore for the fiscal year, a significant increase from ₹9,712 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax (PAT) rose to ₹2,568 crore, up from ₹2,191 crore. The Board has also recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per share for shareholders.

Fiscal Year 2026 Performance Highlights

For the fiscal year 2025-26, Divi’s Laboratories delivered strong performance, achieving a consolidated total income of ₹11,067 crore. This reflects steady growth compared to the ₹9,712 crore recorded in the previous financial year. The company’s profit before tax for the year stood at ₹3,388 crore, which includes a ₹74 crore impact from new labour code implementations. Consequently, the profit after tax climbed to ₹2,568 crore.

Fourth Quarter Results

In the final quarter (Q4) ending March 31, 2026, the company reported a consolidated income of ₹2,986 crore, up from ₹2,671 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹963 crore, compared to ₹864 crore previously. The quarter also saw a notable forex gain of ₹90 crore, further bolstering the quarterly results.

Dividend and Annual General Meeting

Reflecting its commitment to shareholder value, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share, representing a 1,500% payout on the face value of ₹2 per share. This recommendation is subject to approval by members at the upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2026. The record date for determining eligibility for the dividend payment has been set for July 24, 2026.
