The company reported a 29.50% year-on-year increase in net profit, reaching ₹97.77 crore for the final quarter. Driven by favorable Rabi season conditions and enhanced product penetration, the firm also unveiled a ₹70 crore share buyback program and proposed a 100% final dividend to reward its shareholders.
Quarterly Financial Highlights
For the quarter ending March 31, 2026, Dhanuka Agritech delivered a strong performance. The company’s revenue from operations climbed 9.35% year-on-year to ₹483.34 crore. Profitability also saw significant growth, with EBITDA rising by 13.79% to ₹124.89 crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) reaching ₹97.77 crore, a notable 29.50% improvement over the same period in the previous year.
Strategic Shareholder Returns
In addition to strong financial results, the Board of Directors has approved a strategic share buyback of up to 5,00,000 equity shares. At a maximum price of ₹1,400 per share, the total buyback size is valued at ₹70 crore. Furthermore, the company has proposed a final dividend of 100%, equivalent to ₹2 per share, which is subject to approval at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting on August 3, 2026.
Global Expansion Plans
Looking toward future growth, the company is actively expanding its international footprint. The Board has authorized the establishment of wholly-owned subsidiaries and the potential acquisition of shares in Brazil and European countries. This initiative is designed to scale international operations, specifically focusing on transferring brand registrations and increasing product availability in key global agricultural markets.
