The company successfully delivered 1 billion e-commerce parcels during the year, while its transport business achieved a 16% return on invested capital. Financial Performance Overview

Delhivery delivered a strong performance for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported annual revenue from services of ₹10,486 crore, representing a 17% year-on-year growth. Notably, the business turned free cash flow positive, generating ₹89 crore in free cash flow, driven by improved margins and reduced capital intensity. EBITDA for the year reached ₹764 crore, effectively doubling the previous year’s performance with a 7.3% margin.

Operational Milestones

During FY26, the company reached a significant scale, delivering 1 billion e-commerce parcels, matching the volume achieved during its first decade of operations. The Part Truck Load (PTL) segment also demonstrated strong growth, delivering ~2 million metric tonnes of freight, a 17% increase over the previous year. As of March 31, 2026, the company maintains a robust balance sheet with ₹4,555 crore in cash and cash equivalents.

Q4FY26 Highlights

In the final quarter of the fiscal year, revenue from services stood at ₹2,848 crore, a 30% year-on-year increase. The express parcel segment saw a significant surge, with volumes reaching 306 million shipments, marking a 72% year-on-year growth. Q4 EBITDA was recorded at ₹231 crore, reflecting an 8.1% margin.

Technological and Strategic Initiatives

Delhivery continues to invest in AI-driven solutions to enhance its logistics ecosystem. Key recent developments include the introduction of an AI agent-powered autonomous transport management system to optimize freight procurement and planning. Furthermore, the company has partnered with NVIDIA to develop an India-focused AI native digital mapping platform. Additionally, the company launched Delhivery One SmartAssist for automated customer support and expanded its intra-city logistics service, Delhivery Local, to a total of six cities.
