The company achieved a 35% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue from operations, reaching INR 2,592 crore. EBITDA hit an all-time high of INR 554 crore, a 159% increase year-on-year, with margins expanding to 21%. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a significant jump of 207% year-on-year to INR 345 crore.

Record Quarterly Performance for Deepak Nitrite

Deepak Nitrite Limited has announced an exceptional performance for the first quarter of FY27 (ended June 30, 2026), marking its highest ever quarterly results across key financial metrics. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of INR 2,592 crore, representing a substantial 35% improvement year-on-year and a 22% growth sequentially.

EBITDA and Profitability Surge

The company’s EBITDA reached an all-time high of INR 554 crore, demonstrating a significant 159% year-on-year increase and a 45% sequential growth. EBITDA margins expanded impressively to 21%, up from 11% in the previous year and 18% sequentially. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at INR 468 crore, a 202% year-on-year increase, while Profit After Tax (PAT) recorded INR 345 crore, marking a 207% year-on-year growth and 57% sequentially.

Segment Highlights

The Phenolics business delivered its strongest quarter ever, with revenues increasing by 36% year-on-year to INR 1,775 crore. EBIT for this segment rose to a record INR 418 crore, a 254% year-on-year jump. The Advanced Intermediates (AI) segment also performed strongly, with revenues up 33% year-on-year to INR 804 crore, and EBIT growing by 89% year-on-year to INR 67 crore.

Strategic Progress and Outlook

Management highlighted strategic progress, including the successful completion of integration projects, which are translating into improved operating leverage and earnings quality. The company emphasized its diversified portfolio, integrated manufacturing platform, and ongoing investments in specialty chemicals and advanced manufacturing capabilities. Looking ahead, Deepak Nitrite remains optimistic about the medium- and long-term outlook, driven by improving demand, expanding capacities, and new product introductions.
