Following a board meeting held on May 15, 2026, Deepak Nitrite has finalized key adjustments to its top-level management structure. Shri Girish Satarkar has been re-appointed as a Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director for a three-year term commencing on August 4, 2026. Mr. Satarkar brings over 37 years of experience in the chemical industry to his ongoing role.
Strategic Appointment of New Chief Manufacturing Officer
The company will welcome Shri Anant Pande to its leadership team. Mr. Pande is set to join as Executive Director & Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO) for a period of three years, effective August 5, 2026. With 40 years of experience in life sciences and chemical manufacturing, he has previously held senior leadership positions at prominent organizations, including Atul Limited, Jubilant Life Sciences, and the Aditya Birla Group.
Board Retirement
The company also confirmed that Shri Ajay C. Mehta, who is retiring by rotation, will step down from his position at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. His cessation is effective August 5, 2026. Mr. Pande will take over his role as a Director liable to retire by rotation, ensuring a smooth transition in the company’s executive governance.
