For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, DCB Bank delivered a strong performance, recording a total income of ₹8,259.60 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹731.56 crore, up from ₹615.33 crore in the previous fiscal year. In the final quarter (Q4), the bank posted a net profit of ₹205.65 crore, reflecting consistent operational momentum.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting the bank’s robust financial position, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.45 per equity share (with a face value of ₹10 each) for the fiscal year 2026. This represents a 14.5% dividend payout, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Strategic Fund-Raising Initiatives

To strengthen the bank’s capital base and support long-term expansion, the Board has approved two key fund-raising proposals:

  • Debt Securities: An issuance of Basel III compliant Tier II bonds up to ₹500 crore, with a green shoe option, to be executed via private placement.
  • Equity Capital: A proposal to raise up to ₹1,500 crore through the issuance of equity shares or other convertible securities via a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP).

Segment Highlights

The bank’s business segments showed varied growth, with Retail Banking continuing to lead as the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹6,758.11 crore to the total yearly revenue. The overall capital adequacy ratio as of March 31, 2026, remained healthy at 16.55%, ensuring the bank is well-positioned for its future credit expansion and strategic goals.
