Datamatics Global Services has announced the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Gajaria and Mr. Navnit Singh as Additional Directors in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Directors. Both appointments are effective as of May 8, 2026, and are for a term of five years, pending shareholder approval. On May 8, 2026, the Board of Directors of Datamatics Global Services officially approved the appointment of two seasoned professionals to join the Board. Both Mr. Hitesh Gajaria and Mr. Navnit Singh will serve as Non-Executive Independent Directors, bringing extensive industry experience to the company’s governance framework.

Profiles of New Independent Directors

Mr. Hitesh Gajaria is a Chartered Accountant with over four decades of expertise in taxation, transfer pricing, and regulatory consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at KPMG in India, his background includes leadership roles in tax services and advisory. He brings significant insight into strategic business governance to the Board.

Mr. Navnit Singh brings over three decades of leadership experience to the role. As the Chairman and Regional Managing Director (India) at Korn Ferry, he is a recognized authority in human capital strategy, organizational transformation, and global talent development. His track record includes advising Fortune 500 companies and large Indian conglomerates on executive leadership and organizational performance.

Approval Process

The appointment of both directors is for a fixed term of five years. Following these initial appointments, the company will initiate a postal ballot process to secure formal approval from its shareholders.
