The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share, representing a 250% payout for the financial year. The company demonstrated resilience with a consolidated annual profit of ₹1,157 crore, reflecting continued operational focus and strategic execution.

Annual Financial Performance Highlights

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Dalmia Bharat Limited reported a solid consolidated revenue from operations of ₹14,804 crore, compared to ₹13,980 crore in the previous year. The consolidated profit after tax for the year stood at ₹1,157 crore. The quarterly performance for Q4 (January-March 2026) was particularly strong, with revenue from operations reaching ₹4,245 crore and a profit for the period of ₹394 crore.

Dividend Declaration

Recognizing the company’s financial health and commitment to shareholder value, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. With a face value of ₹2 per share, this dividend constitutes a 250% payout. The payment of this dividend remains subject to final approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Strategic Updates and Exceptional Items

During the fiscal year, the company navigated regulatory and operational developments. Notably, an incremental impact of ₹42 crore related to newly notified Labour Codes was accounted for under ‘Exceptional Items’ to address gratuity and other employee benefits. Furthermore, the company successfully secured the release of properties previously attached by the Enforcement Directorate, following a favorable order from the Appellate Tribunal that reduced the alleged Proceeds of Crime to ₹93 crore, which was covered by a bank guarantee.

Standalone Business Overview

On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹361 crore and a profit after tax of ₹141 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026. The standalone financials reflect the company’s role as a management entity, bolstered by dividend income from its subsidiaries, amounting to ₹85 crore for the reported fiscal year.
