Mr. Alapati brings a wealth of experience, spanning more than two decades in specialized fields such as advanced packaging, foundry operations, and deep tech manufacturing. His background includes significant leadership contributions, having served as the Chairman of the 3DIC Technical Advisory Board at Sematech and the Chairman of the Packaging Technical Advisory Board at the Semiconductor Research Corporation.

The new executive holds a strong academic foundation, possessing a Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
