Craftsman Automation Robust FY2026 Performance and Leadership Reappointments

Craftsman Automation Limited reported a strong financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved consolidated revenue of ₹8,06,927 lakh and a net profit of ₹38,399 lakh. Additionally, the Board recommended a final dividend of 225% (₹11.25 per share) and approved key leadership reappointments for the next five years. The company also announced plans to hold its 40th Annual General Meeting via video conference on July 23, 2026.

Financial Performance Highlights

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Craftsman Automation recorded impressive growth. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹8,06,927 lakh, compared to ₹5,69,048 lakh in the previous year. The consolidated profit for the period stood at ₹38,399 lakh, marking a significant increase from the ₹20,087 lakh reported in the previous fiscal year. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue of ₹4,81,808 lakh and a net profit of ₹22,147 lakh for the same period.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting its strong financial health and commitment to shareholder value, the Board has recommended a final dividend of 225% for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This translates to ₹11.25 per equity share of face value ₹5 each, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Leadership Continuity

The Board has reinforced its leadership team by approving the reappointment of Mr. Srinivasan Ravi as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mr. Ravi Gauthamram as Whole Time Director. Both reappointments are for a tenure of five years, effective from October 1, 2026, underscoring the company’s focus on stable and experienced strategic oversight.

Strategic Appointments and Corporate Developments

In addition to leadership changes, the company has appointed Mr. Arjun Shridhar as a Senior Management Personnel. Furthermore, the company continues its expansion efforts, including the acquisition of Suprash Developers Private Limited and its subsidiary Srikara Technologies Private Limited. The company has also initiated the process for a composite scheme of arrangement, aimed at the amalgamation of its subsidiary, DR Axion India Limited, into Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Limited, pending regulatory approvals.

Annual General Meeting

The company will convene its 40th Annual General Meeting on July 23, 2026. In line with modern practices, the meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members will remain closed from July 17, 2026, to July 23, 2026, for dividend eligibility purposes.
