Contil India: Q1 FY27 Profit Jumps 11% to ₹5,018 Lakh

Contil India Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a net profit of ₹5,018.59 lakh, an increase of approximately 11% compared to the same period last year. Total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹66,637.68 lakh. The Board also approved the convening of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and set the book closure dates.

Contil India Reports Strong Q1 Performance

Contil India Limited has released its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. The company posted a net profit after tax from continuing operations of ₹5,018.59 lakh, marking a notable increase from the ₹4,496.57 lakh reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This represents an approximate 11% rise in profitability.

Financial Highlights

Total revenue from operations for the quarter amounted to ₹66,637.68 lakh. Other income contributed ₹6,872.02 lakh, bringing the total revenue to ₹73,509.70 lakh. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹67,199.39 lakh. Profit before tax stood at ₹6,310.31 lakh.

Other Comprehensive Income and AGM Details

The statement also detailed other comprehensive income, including a net gain of ₹1,894.97 lakh on equity instruments through other comprehensive income. The company’s total comprehensive income for the period was ₹6,642.58 lakh. Furthermore, the Board approved the convening of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026. To facilitate this, the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, inclusive.
