Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) has reported its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a standalone net profit of ₹1,221.81 crore for the year. Additionally, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.00 per share, bringing the total dividend payout for the year to ₹8.60 per share, following three previously paid interim dividends.
Annual Financial Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, CONCOR posted a consolidated net profit of ₹1,245.74 crore, compared to ₹1,293.10 crore in the previous year. The company’s annual revenue from operations reached ₹9,078.97 crore on a consolidated basis. In the final quarter (Q4: Jan-Mar 2026), the consolidated net profit stood at ₹263.50 crore with revenue from operations totaling ₹2,263.30 crore.
Dividend Payout
Demonstrating a commitment to shareholder value, the Board has declared a final dividend of ₹1.00 (20%) per equity share of face value ₹5.00 for FY 2025-26. This is in addition to three interim dividends already paid during the year: 1st interim at ₹1.60, 2nd interim at ₹2.60, and 3rd interim at ₹3.40. The proposed final dividend remains subject to approval at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting.
Operational Highlights
The company continues to manage its assets and infrastructure effectively, reporting a total consolidated segment asset base of ₹14,107.05 crore as of March 31, 2026. Notably, during the year, CONCOR re-assessed the useful life of its LNG Trucks & Trailers, increasing the estimate from 8 years to 15 years. This change in accounting estimate led to a reduction in depreciation expenses by ₹8.07 crore, thereby positively impacting the profit before tax for the year.
Internal Audit Appointments
To ensure robust internal governance, the Board has approved the extension of term for several Chartered Accountant firms for the 2026-27 fiscal year. The firms J K S S & Associates, Batliboi & Purohit, Tarun Kandhari & Co. LLP, and MAPSS And Company will continue to serve as internal auditors for the North, West, South, and East regions respectively.
