This marks a significant downturn compared to the profit after tax of ₹53.06 lakhs recorded in the previous financial year, FY 2024-25.
Revenue Decline and Contributing Factors
The company’s revenue from operations for FY 2025-26 stood at ₹3,010.80 lakhs. This represents a considerable 47.47% decrease from the ₹5,731.42 lakhs reported in the preceding fiscal year. Management attributes this decline to several factors, including challenging market conditions and an extended, prolonged rainy season that adversely affected demand and sales for air coolers, impacting the entire industry. Additionally, subdued market demand and reduced fresh orders were observed, partly due to increased inflation affecting demand for plastic-based products.
Company Outlook
Despite the current financial performance, the Directors express confidence in improved performance in the coming years, anticipating support from improving market conditions and operational enhancements. The company is also planning future product expansion into Infrared Cooktops and Air Fryers to diversify its portfolio.
