COMFORT FINCAP: Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Declares Final Dividend

Comfort Fincap Limited’s Board of Directors convened on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. AHSP & Co. LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and authorized fund-raising via private placement. Comfort Fincap Limited announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The board has considered and approved several critical items, including the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. These results, along with the Limited Review Report from M/s. A. R. Sodha & Co., have been formally adopted.

Strategic Appointments and Fund Raising

In line with its strategic objectives, the company’s board also approved the appointment of M/s. AHSP & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, a decision that was also recommended by the Audit Committee. Furthermore, the board resolved to seek shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to authorize the company to raise funds by issuing securities through a private placement basis, if deemed necessary.

Financial Highlights

The unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, show a Profit after tax of ₹220.07 Lakhs. This compares to a profit of ₹106.66 Lakhs in the preceding quarter (ended March 31, 2026) and ₹266.53 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (ended June 30, 2025). The total comprehensive income for the quarter stood at ₹220.07 Lakhs.

Trading Window Reopens

In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Comfort Fincap Limited will reopen on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
