Coforge Limited successfully concluded its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 24, 2026. Shareholders approved key resolutions, including the re-appointment of Mr. OP Bhatt as Independent Director and Chairperson, and the creation of a charge on the Company’s assets to secure borrowings. The meeting also covered the adoption of audited financial statements and the appointment of a director in place of Mr. John Robert Speight.

Coforge Limited held its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. (IST), conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Mode (OAVM). The meeting transacted key business items crucial for the Company’s governance and future operations.

Key Resolutions Approved

During the AGM, shareholders approved several important resolutions:

  • The adoption of the Audited Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with the respective Board and Auditor’s Reports.
  • The re-appointment of Mr. OP Bhatt as an Independent Director and Chairperson, for a second term of five consecutive years from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2032.
  • The approval for the creation of a charge on the Company’s assets, both present and future, in respect of borrowings of the Company. This resolution was passed as a Special Resolution.

Director Appointments

The AGM also saw the approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Sudhir Singh and Mr. John Robert Speight as Directors, who were retiring by rotation and being eligible, offered themselves for re-appointment.
