Mr. D K Singh (DIN: 10485073) has been re-appointed as an Independent Director of Coforge for a second term. The new term will span 5 consecutive years, commencing on February 12, 2026, and concluding on February 11, 2031. This re-appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Executive Director Appointment
The Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. John Speight (DIN: 09160041) as an Executive Director. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Mr. Speight’s new role is effective from October 10, 2025, for a tenure of up to 5 years. Mr. John Robert Speight currently serves as the Business Head for UK and Europe Geo at Coforge. With over 40 years of experience in the IT industry, he has held strategic and transformational roles, including Customer Success Officer and Chief Delivery Officer during his tenure at Coforge.
