Coforge Limited has officially disclosed its un-audited financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27, ending on June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors convened on July 27, 2026, to review and approve these results, alongside other significant corporate actions.

Key Financial Outcomes

For the standalone financials, Coforge reported revenue from operations of Rs. 30,804 Mn and a profit after tax of Rs. 2,046 Mn for the quarter. The consolidated results presented a more robust picture, with revenue from operations reaching Rs. 55,277 Mn and a profit after tax of Rs. 5,317 Mn.

Interim Dividend Declaration

A significant highlight of the Board meeting was the declaration of an interim dividend. Shareholders will receive Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four only) per equity share of the Company. The face value of each fully paid-up equity share is Rs. 2/-. The record date for ascertaining eligibility for this dividend has been fixed as August 03, 2026. The payment of this interim dividend is slated to occur within 30 days of its declaration.

Leadership Appointments and Strategic Expansion

In a crucial decision regarding corporate governance, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. OP Bhatt (DIN:00548091) as an Independent Director and Chairperson of the Board. This re-appointment marks his second term, effective from May 01, 2027, for a duration of 5 years, concluding on April 30, 2032.
